The Board provides strategic leadership and governance oversight to ensure AFF remains aligned with its mission, vision, strategic priorities, and legal and financial obligations. It oversees organisational performance, financial sustainability, risk and compliance, and provides accountability and strategic support to the Executive Director without becoming involved in day-to-day operations.
